CEC Course Request Form
CEC course requests for the 2026-27 school year are still open!
See your home school Counselor to register starting April 20, 2026. Counselors will fill out the google form to request CEC courses for their students. Late Registration course requests will be accepted through the first 10 days of the fall semester; late registration depends upon seat availability.
Round 1 of the CEC Course Request process is finished; students who applied during Round 1 (and their schools) will be notified via email throughout the week of March 16th.
Round 2 of the CEC Course Request process is finished; Round 2 notifications will start the week of April 27.
Practical Nursing Program Application
The application window for the CEC Practical Nursing Program for the 2026-27 School Year has closed. The Practical Nursing program uses a different application form - visit their web page for information. Dual Enrollment Credit Is Not Guaranteed!
Students MUST meet the pre-requisites for any specific course AND complete the registration process through the dual credit institution (CNM, UNM, IAIA). All dual credit students must be registered in classes prior to the start of the term in which the classes are scheduled. CEC instructors and the CEC counselor will assist students in enrolling in the course in the first few days of class at CEC, but it is the student's responsibility to be sure that they are registered for the dual credit course. It is also the student's responsibility to adhere to any deadlines for dropping or adding a class through the dual credit institution.
