CEC Course Request Form
Course requests for CEC's 2026-27 school year will open January 20th!
Open Registration for all students starts on January 20 and will continue in different rounds on our website through April 17, 2026. We encourage all students to apply early to ensure that they get the classes that they want. Late registration depends upon seat availability.
Pre-registration for current CEC students: Monday, January 12 – Monday, January 19
CEC students will be able to register for 2026-27SY CEC courses a week before registration opens for all students. They will complete their course requests during their CEC classes. The Course Request Form will not be available on our website during pre-registration.

Dual Enrollment Credit Is Not Guaranteed!
Students MUST meet the pre-requisites for any specific course AND complete the registration process through the dual credit institution (CNM, UNM, IAIA). All dual credit students must be registered in classes prior to the start of the term in which the classes are scheduled. CEC instructors and the CEC counselor will assist students in enrolling in the course in the first few days of class at CEC, but it is the student's responsibility to be sure that they are registered for the dual credit course. It is also the student's responsibility to adhere to any deadlines for dropping or adding a class through the dual credit institution.
