CEC Course Request Form
Many CEC courses for the 2025-26 school year are still available!
Round 2 for the online course request form is now closed. See your home school Counselor to register starting April 21.
Round 2 notifications will start the week of April 28. At this point, all students from both rounds who have been notified of acceptance will receive a welcome email from their CEC instructors as well. Late registration notifications will be sent out weekly starting May 5.

Practical Nursing Program Application

Dual Enrollment Credit Is Not Guaranteed!
Students MUST meet the pre-requisites for any specific course AND complete the registration process through the dual credit institution (CNM, UNM, IAIA). All dual credit students must be registered in classes prior to the start of the term in which the classes are scheduled. CEC instructors and the CEC counselor will assist students in enrolling in the course in the first few days of class at CEC, but it is the student's responsibility to be sure that they are registered for the dual credit course. It is also the student's responsibility to adhere to any deadlines for dropping or adding a class through the dual credit institution.
