Student Insurance
The Student Accident and Health Insurance Program:
- Is available to parents of all APS students,
- Provides low-cost accident insurance for students,
- Has options for full year, 24-hour coverage, for school time only, for football coverage and extended dental coverage.
Health Forms
All APS medication and care management authorization forms are posted on the APS Nursing Services web page and can be downloaded by parents and or providers for completion.
